I LOVE me a good burger! Especially one topped with a poached egg to make for an unreal brunch. This hearty sandwich will really fire up your taste buds. The kick of McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning, Yancy’s Steakhouse Onion cheese and Worcestershire sauce is a combo like no other.
Ingredients for two burgers
- 2 slice of smoked bacon
- ½ pound of ground sirloin
- ¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ tsp. McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
In a small skillet cook bacon until crispy, approximately 4-5 minutes. Set aside on a paper towel.
In a medium bowl, place the sirloin and season with Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning. Crumble up the bacon into small pieces and add to the bowl until evenly combined.
Divide the meat in half to make two burger patties. In a medium skillet, cook burgers in olive oil over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side.
