Thus, instead, you decide to whip up a whopping stack of Chocolate Mocha Protein Pancakes because the fact that “protein” is in the title clearly makes you feel better about yourself. But in all seriousness, these pancakes are pretty good for you! Take a look!
Chocolate Mocha Protein Pancakes
- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 egg whites
- 1.4 cup Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2/3 cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1 scoop Lean Body for Her Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1/4 cup cafe mocha m&ms
- Walden Farms Calorie Free Caramel Syrup (optional)
Mash banana slices and then combine all ingredients until mixed well. Cook slowly on low-medium heat.
Meanwhile heat the syrup over low heat until pancakes are done. Drizzle over pancakes and bon appetit!
